Yateley's Freddie Hunt out of Frimley Park Hospital

Yateley's Freddie Hunt is on his way home from hospital in Frimley.

The 2-year-old travelled back from the US last week after receiving treatment on a brain tumour.

Earlier this week, Mum Abby Hunt posted on the Together for Freddie Facebook Page to say he was at Frimley Park Hospital having checks and that he is 'very unwell'.

This afternoon she posted to say: "We are coming home! All in desperate need of sleep."

His recovery has come with ups and downs for the family who had to cancel plans to return home when he was readmitted to hospital out in the States.

Freddie is suffering from severe swelling since his treatment.

Finally the family were given the all clear to fly back to England, in time for Easter, but then Freddie was taken ill again.

Mum Abby posted on the Together For Freddie Facebook group on their arrival: "News is we've just  landed in Heathrow, exhausted, Freddie hasn't been well at all on plane. Will update later."

Sadly things have not improved and Abby said on Tuesday: "Freddie is being admitted to Frimley Park Hospital as he's been so poorly since returning."

On Wednesday she wrote a comment on the page that said: "Frimley park hospital are running lots of further tests. He is still really unwell."

Freddie's treatment comes thanks to massive support from the community.

Eagle Radio listeners helped get Freddie to America for treatment as part of Freddie's Friday.

The community support has not stopped while the Hunt family have been away though.

There was a huge surprise when they opened the front door of their Yateley home at the weekend.
