If you’ve ever wondered how a lump of wet clay is transformed into beautiful ceramic objects, now’s your chance to find out! On our exclusive “Journey of the Clay” tours, you will follow the raw material through moulding, firing, hand decorating and glazing to the finished item out of the kiln. On the way you’ll meet the craft potters and artists whose amazing skills make the whole incredible process possible.
Cheese and Chilli

The Cheese and Chilli Festival is the only show in the UK which celebrates both Cheese and Chilli within a festival setting. The event is organised by 33rd Management Ltd who created the first event in 2014.
The stars of the Cheese and Chilli Festival are the traders and we have some of the UK’s best producers at the shows. The event will bring an amazing array of tastes, colours and experiences to town and is a ‘must go to event’. Come rain or shine, the event will be fantastic!

Portsmouth’s Blue Reef Aquarium offers visitors a dazzling undersea safari through the oceans of the world.

At the aquarium’s heart is the giant ocean tank where an underwater tunnel offers incredibly close encounters with pufferfish, triggerfish and hundreds of vibrant tropical fish amid the beauty of a recreated coral reef.
Over 40 other living displays reveal the sheer variety of life in the deep, from tropical sharks and stingrays to giant lobsters and elegant seahorses.

The programme includes an in-depth tour of the aquarium in the company of a senior aquarist who will share their expert knowledge of the creatures they care for including tropical sharks, rays, seahorses, otters and fish.
There will also be the chance to go behind the scenes of the aquarium, help prepare lunch for the fish and join in some of the specialist work required to care for the creatures.
The prize, worth £95, is for 1 adult experience – any additional people will be charged £10. Lunch is provided on the day for all participants and the adult prize winner will also receive a goody bag and an annual membership.

Clandon Regis Golf Club is an 18 hole course which is a pleasure to play all year round. There are no temporary greens or temporary tees. It is a gently undulating course which is a challenge for golfers at all levels. There is a practise area and trolleys and buggies can be hired. Enjoy a drink or lunch in the bar and restaurant overlooking the 18th lake .
Clandon Regis is proud to have gained a reputation as one of the friendliest clubs in Surrey. Since the Club became owned by the Members in May 1996, the Club has gone from strength to strength. It With a par of 72 it has a number of holes that require carries over water and some dog legs which demand careful club selection. The Members led by their volunteer Board of directors and dedicated committees are determined to keep Clandon regis at the forefront of golfing.
