The Eagle Radio Trust was founded in July 2007 as a small charity trust providing an umbrella for the radio station's charity work in Surrey and Hampshire.

MISSION STATEMENT
The Eagle Radio Trust aims to:-
- Support charities, individuals and non-profit making organisations to improve people's lives in 96.4 Eagle Radio's broadcast area.
- Directly fundraise and support fundraising activities of local charities, individuals and non-profit making organisations in 96.4 Eagle Radio's broadcast area.
- Highlight, publicise and celebrate the work of charities, individuals and non-profit making organisations in 96.4 Eagle Radio's broadcast area.

- The Eagle Radio Trust reserves the right to provide grants in excess of £1,000
- The Eagle Radio Trust cannot provide feedback on grant requests and will not enter into negotiation regarding rejected applications
DONATIONS AND DIRECT FUNDRAISING
Donations are welcome by way of cash, products and / or services.
As well as supporting existing charity initiatives, supporters are invited to host their own fundraising events to raise funds for the Eagle Radio Trust through locally arranged events under agreed categories (i.e. School / Office mufti days, sponsored walks and jumble / garage sales)

ROLE OF TRUSTEES
The principal role of the trustees is to consider and judge the suitability of applications submitted incorporating available information and knowledge supported by a pre-defined filter system

Please personalise your request, generic letters and media packs are not considered for grants
Requests should be for funding for or towards a specific item or service which should be explained with a request for a specific amount
The majority of the donations we have been able to grant recently have been for amounts between £150 and £400 pounds
Requests for feedback and acknowledgements of receipt cannot be provided
