New signing for the Cards
A former Notts County and Millwall Striker, Manny Williams, has signed a one year contract with Woking Football Club. 26 year old Manny has enjoyed a short spell on trial at Yeovil Town. He scored 30 goals in 47 appearances for Maidenhead United during the season just ended.

A return for Taras
In Ice Hockey, The Guildford Flames have confirmed they've come to terms with forward Taras Foremsky who will re-join the team in September. Foremsky delivered nearly 7 points in a partial season with the club during the league title run, before joining the Flames, he was with the Peterborough Phantoms.

Shots re-sign 2 players
2 Aldershot players will be staying with the championship side for another 2 years. Centre Back Anthony Charles - who was with the team when they won the Ryman Premier 5 years ago - has signed a new contract. 23 year old Ben Harding is also staying - he's played all 46 games in the Blue Square league this season.
