3:54pm 11th January 2017
(Updated 10:38am 12th January 2017)
It is snow-joke - predictions of the powdery stuff continue.
A yellow weather warning remains in place for snow on Thursday in Surrey and Hampshire.
Yesterday we were told to get prepared as there was a chance rain could turn to snow flakes with temperatures set to drop below freezing.
Now we are only a day away the met Office says it has a clearer forecast for us.
We are told by 5pm it could start to fall and will continue into the night - and there is a chance of the stuff settling.
Godalming last time it snowed:
It says: "There is a chance of snow settling with disruption to road, rail and air services as well as interruptions to power supplies and other utilities.
"Heavy rain and strong winds may prove additional hazards.
"As skies clear on there is also potential for widespread ice to form."
You will want hot water bottles and bed socks overnight on Thursday when temperatures could feel as cold as -6C and not feel warmer than 0c into Friday day time.
Schools are closing, gritters will be covering the roads for drivers overnight and public transport services are also preparing.
Both Gatwick and Heathrow Airport say they are on alert and monitoring the situation.
They say updates will be posted on their website and Twitter feed - so if you're flying keep an eye on that.
We have also spoken to South West trains - they are advising people to check online before travelling if snow does fall.
f snow does fall in our region be sure to be prepared.
Here are some top tips from the AA about how to manage your car in cold conditions.
