Breakfast Bev's Easy Pancakes!
We thought we should share the secret of the best pancake's we have ever eaten - Breakfast Bev suggests you follow this recipe...
Ingredients:
- 100g plain flour
- 200 ml milk
- 2 eggs
- Pinch of salt
- Butter or oil
Method:
Mix the eggs, flour and salt and gradually add milk.
Melt butter or vegetable oil in the pan and get the pan really hot.
Pour in some pancake mixture, after a couple of minutes it should be turning golden, shuffle the pancake around in the pan and get ready to…FLIP!
The second side shouldn’t take long at all
Ease it on to a plate, choose your favourite topping and enjoy!
