Celebrating Surrey & Hampshire's Community ChampionsLocal Heroes returns for 2013 with new categories for you to nominate your community champions for a special award. Last September more than a hundred people were entertained by award winning musician/artist Lemar at a special celebration night held at GLive in Guildford. |
Local Heroes is now open for nominations, with a closing date of Sunday 14th July 2013. A panel of selected Judges will review all the nominations and two winners will be selected from each of the twelve categories to be invited to a special celebration event on Thursday 12th September 2013. This year, we invite you to nominate your local heroes with twelve categories to choose from. It's easy to get involved and you can make multiple-nominations should you wish to nominate several people in different categories.
