The Richard Onslow

The Richard Onslow sits at the heart of Cranleigh village. The grand old tile-hung pub re-opened in December after a long overdue refurbishment. This has revealed some wonderful period features, like the beautiful brick inglenook which makes the snug almost irresistible.

Serving high quality seasonal British food, beer, spirits and wine, the pub is a real 'capital tavern' of the old school.

We will be changing our menus with the seasons and we’re hard line on animal welfare. All our chicken, eggs and pork are free-range. Our Aberdeenshire beef is Scotch Beef Club accredited and our chefs regularly visit the farmers. We have also worked with the Carbon Trust to ensure that The Richard Onslow operates as energy efficiently as possible.
