Hampshire's trading standards is dissapointed after a recent round of test purchases showed shops are selling ciggerettes illegally to underage youngsters.
Two thirds of the shops tested across Aldershot and Farnborough served the under 16 mystery shoppers.
Improving flood defences in Surrey Heath
Good news for residents in Chobham and West End who get flooded when the lake at Lightwater Country Park overflows in heavy rain.
Flood prevention valves have been installed in lakes across Surrey Heath, so bosses can lower water levels when heavy rain's predicted.
The water's drained off into retention ponds - which are now being made bigger as part of the council's plan to reduce flooding.
Bosses are also urging residents to clear their drains and retain water on their houses so it doesn't run into the roads, causing drainage problems.
112 speeding tickets in one area of Surrey in 3 days
A motorcyclist has been caught doing 102 mph in a 50 zone, on the A24 near Leatherhead following a police crackdown last weekend on anti-social and illegal road use.
The joint campaign between the police and the surrey safety camera partnership saw 20 motorbikes and two cars seized - as patrols set up around the county to target offenders.
As well as the speedy motorist caught over double the limit in Leatherhead, two car drivers were also arrested, one for a fraud offence and another for failing to provide their name and address.
In total 112 tickets were issued to 91 car drivers and 21 bikers for offences of speeding, failing to have insurance, failing to have a driving licence, or using a mobile phone.
A further 70 tickets were issued for not having an MOT and displaying illegal number plates - 12 of those to cars and 55 to bikers.
Murder inquiry launched in Dummer
Police have launched a murder enquiry after the burnt body of a woman was found in a village near Basingstoke.
A dog walker found her just before 6 30am Thursday morning off Wayfarers way in Dummer.
Officers aren't telling us exactly how she died, but have said she's white, about 5 ft 6, slender and aged anywhere from late teens to 30s.
They're still trying to identify her.
