Farnborough Fins Swimming Club is offering a FREE 1hr life-saving session to swimmers and non-swimmers aged 5 years up. The session will provide essential knowledge and key skills to help you respond effectively in an emergency. Based around the Water Safety Code, the course covers reach and throw rescues, mini scenarios and CPR. With summer fast approaching, now is a perfect time to learn the basics of life saving. Sessions will be held on a Friday evening, between 7.15–8.15pm.

Our aim is to raise as much money as we can for The Lily Foundation, a small organisation who are dedicated to research into Mitochondrial Disease and providing support to sufferers and their families.
To do this we are cycling from Toyota's head office at Burgh Heath (Epsom) to the European head quarters in Brussels. The journey is around 250 miles and takes place over 3 days at the end of May.

Pandamonium is a visually stunning collection of artworks commissioned in support of WWF, the leading conservation charity.
The pieces – from wearable sculptures to innovative interpretations of classic panda collection boxes – are the imaginings of leading artists and designers. They highlight both the beauty and fragility of the natural world. This exhibition will feature highlights from the collection.
