At Eagle Radio we run a volunteer scholarship scheme called 'The Academy'.

If you would like to apply for a place then please read our strict criteria below.

You must be 18 years old or over / Perform a satisfactory interview / Hold a full driving licence / Are studying a recognised media/journalist course, or aiming to find permanent work in radio having experience already in hospital or student radio / Live in or near the catchment area

The Opportunities:

All Academy Students must be able to spend one early morning (6-10am) for a minimum of 9 months.

Eagle Academy - 5 x Production Places available 6-10am one day per week for The Peter Gordon Breakfast Show.  Must have basic knowledge of Adobe Audition.

News Academy - Broadcast Journalism Course Students can apply for Work Experience to Head of News, Antony Zahra here.
