Good morning, the sun is out, the sky is blue and i have already sent 4 text messages this morning. How many have you sent? Well, new research out today reveals text messages to be the most popular way of communicating - with adults sending on average 200 text a month! We no longer seems to be talking face to face with adults and on average spending 3.3 hours a month on social networking websites too.

Talking of how we spend out time, even I was a little shocked to hear that the average British woman devotes 91 hours a year to applying their make-up - that is 43 weeks a lifetime perfecting her face! Women in the south typically take longer to prepare for nights out and dates than those in the north, with 12 per cent spending 45 minutes to one hour each day. Flipping heck, even PG only spends 15 minutes getting his mascara and eye liner on in the mornings!!!

Now it was another 5 out of 10 this morning on the £1000 minute! It's been months and months since we have had a winner, come on, give it a go tomorrow morning at 8.15am.
