May we please have less rain

Until this week, May 2012 has mainly been about rain and awards, but first here is the obligatory picture of my cat Gloria...

This is her new "I'm watching you" look...

We had a big night in May when our CCE team were nominated for a Sony award (it’s like the radio Oscars).

Aren’t they pretty? The other dishes that went along on the evening as the Eagle Radio groupies were PG and Antony Zahra.

I use the word "dishes" loosely...

This is the best picture of PG from May...he's having a mid-life "moment."

Even though he may look dangerous, the real danger came in the form of Suzi Smith (our design guru) who showed her feelings towards my guitar playing with a  flying Ukulele.

Meanwhile, the "bro-mance" between Adam and Antony is blossoming - despite Antony's imminent wedding and Adam just moving in with his other half. Note the hand on thigh...

One member of the Eagle team was less happy: our poor Kim.

The dentist visit didn’t go well, but she did get a sticker for being such a brave little soldier.

Kim’s Garfield sticker wasn’t the only Cat in Eagle towers - Elizabeth Williams is getting ready for her Wedding Day and modelled some of her Hen Do outfit, “Meow!"

May 2012 has been the wettest since records began - but our Jenny McConnell saw it as an opportunity to give the Love Crew wagon a spot of a clean. Rain + mop = clean truck!

As always, it's all about the celebrities here at Eagle Radio.

This month my favourite was Chesney Hawkes...

Or, erm, his dog, 'Buddy.' We bonded.

And finally, inspired by Gary Connery, who jumped out of a helicopter at 2,400 feet onto some cardboard boxes without a parachute, I thought I'd knock a little squirrel suit together and give it a go myself...

It didn't end well...
